Party & Group Booking Terms
Terms and Conditions for groups in excess of 8 people and Christmas 2017 bookings
Group bookings may be restricted on Friday and Saturday nights.
Pre-ordering from our Christmas Party Menus will be required for all December 2017 bookings - Christmas Party Menus can be viewed on our website here

Please notify us in advance of any special dietary requirements or any other changes you require to our set menus.
Your booking is confirmed when you have paid a deposit of £10 per person. Deposits are required 5 Days prior to your booking.
Menu choices will need to be received a minimum of 72 Hours prior to your booking date.
Menus may be subject to minor change - you will be notified by email or phone of any changes.
Please be advised that for all bookings cancellations before your event may result in the charges shown below:
- Full refund on deposits paid if you cancel and give a minimum of 1 Weeks notice
- 50% refund when we are given less than one Week up to 48 Hours notice
- 20% refund if we are given less than 48 Hours up to 24 Hours notice
- No refund if we are given less than 24 Hours notice
We reserve the right to retain deposits for no shows when the final numbers change by more than 5 people and we are not notified 24 Hours in advance of the booking date.
If you have placed a provisional booking but have not paid a deposit we will do our best to contact you by telephone or e-mail. Please therefore ensure we have the correct contact telephone number and email address information.
If we are unable to make contact and a deposit has not been received one week prior to your event we will release the room for re-booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking or restrict entry without notice. In the unlikely event we decide to do this we will fully refund you any deposits and explain in detail our reasons.
